Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ApothecaTree website and the Somnaffron™ product (collectively, the "Services") provided by ApothecaTree Inc. ("ApothecaTree"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase Somnaffron™. The product is intended for adults; use in adolescents (12–17) requires guidance from a healthcare professional. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you take blood thinners or antidepressants.

2. No medical advice

Information on this site is for general information only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Orders, pricing & shipping

All prices are shown in the indicated currency and include applicable taxes where required. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues) and will refund any amount paid.

4. Returns & refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping non-refundable). For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless required by law. Email hello@apothecatree.com to initiate a return.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services: no scraping, automated abuse, reverse engineering, infringing other people's rights, or using the site to transmit harmful content.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including text, design, logos, images, and the ApothecaTree and Somnaffron™ names, are owned by or licensed to ApothecaTree Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Affron® and Lepticrosalides® are registered trademarks of Pharmactive Biotech Products, S.L.U.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApothecaTree will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including EU consumer protection law).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (including EU consumer rights) remain in force.
